
After last year's sold out Homecoming smash, we're returning to the Jago for our only fete of 2026!\\n\\nKick off the night with an optional all-levels (beginner to advanced) Haitian Konpa dance class from 9-10:30pm led by seasoned instructor Petite Madame. Then in classic Ariapita style, our selectors will be bringing you warm and joyful energy in the form of Soca, Dancehall, Bouyon, Afrobeats, Reggaeton, Dembow, South Asian riddims and more!\\n\\n**Tickets**\\n- To attend the konpa class you must get a Konpa Class + Party ticket which provides entry to the class then the rest of the party - hurry as these are limited.\\n- With the Konpa Class + Party tickets you must attend the class to have access to the rest of the party afterwards.\\n- All other tickets provide access to the upstairs room from 9pm and to both floors from 10:30pm - in other words just like usual!\\n\\n**Venue and Safer Spaces Policy**\\nThe Jago is a historic black-owned community venue located 5 minutes walk from Dalston Junction and Haggerston Windrush line stations. It has a big downstairs room with a stage and dancefloor and a beautiful refurbished upstairs bar with seating and a second dance floor. The downstairs room is accessible on the ground floor. There are gendered and gender neutral toilets available.\\n\\nThe venue has a safer spaces policy, developed in collaboration with Girls Against:\\n\\n"The Jago has a strict zero tolerance policy to any form of:\\n\\nSexual assault\\nHarrassment\\nDiscrimination\\nBullying\\nSpiking\\n\\nIf you feel unsafe at any point during your time at the Jago please talk to us.
