Autumns (live) with TFT, Belacqua & Proteus

We are pleased to present Autumns, one of Irelands most visceral electronic live performers.\\n\\nAutumns is an outlet for electronic post-punk, fused with elements of dub and sound experimentation. The project showcases a love of whip-cracked rhythms, heavily effected vocals and no-wave guitars, processed through dub techniques within the mixing desk. An obsession with freak sounds leads to a high-intensity live show, using minimal equipment for maximum results.\\n\\nGRDCL_LIVE captures the work in progress on the newest iteration of the TFT project (aka Stephen McLaughlin of An Trinse and Maxwell Sterling’s visual collaborator) where the wriggling analog bass that propelled most of the work forward is removed, along with most melodic content, and the emphasis is but purely on the intensity of each individual percussive event and its relation to its evolving place within a grid system\\n\\nBelacqua is the recording alias of Dion Doherty. Formerly of Galway, he now calls Bristol home. Building tracks mainly from samples and field recordings on his MPCs and granular processors, with soe augmentation from synths and drum machines. He was very inspired by a recent trip to Cu for Holy, spending the following days thinking exactly what he’d play on the 30hz rig, so is delighted to get the chance to do just that so soon after.
