Laoxa’s Creative Ground\\n\\nLaoxa Ltd proudly presents Laoxa’s Creative Ground at Signature Brew Haggerston\\n\\nLaoxa Ltd presents Laoxa’s Creative Ground - an immersive, interactive community experience bringing together live music, independent creatives, food, and culture.\\n\\nTaking place at Signature Brew Haggerston on Monday 25th May (Bank Holiday), this edition expands beyond a traditional market format, introducing a structured programme of live music performances from emerging and independent artists alongside curated makers, workshops, and food experiences.\\n\\nThis is a hybrid cultural space where live music sits at the centre, supported by creative practice, independent traders, and community participation.\\n\\nLive Music Programme\\n\\nA curated lineup of five emerging artists and bands performing across the day:\\n\\n1PM - Amy Reign (Afropop & R&B singer-songwriter)\\nEmerging Afropop and R&B artist blending soulful vocals with contemporary African rhythms and storytelling.\\n\\n2PM - MAY’D (Indie pop singer-songwriter)\\nLondon-based indie pop artist creating emotionally driven, uplifting songs with sincere lyricism and soulful delivery.\\n\\n3PM - TOASTRACK (Indie-rock band) \\nFour-piece band fusing indie rock energy with funky rhythms, known for dynamic, high-energy live performances.\\n\\n4PM - Jasmine Kahlia (Live looping artist / multidisciplinary creative)\\nAudiovisual artist working across music, performance, sound design and visual media, known for experimental live looping sets.\\n\\n5PM - Felicity Henry (Indie singer-songwriter)\\nEssex-based artist delivering tender, introspective songwriting influenced by folk and indie traditions.\\n\\n\\nLaoxa’s Creative Ground Experience\\n\\nAlongside live music, the space includes:\\n\\n- Laoxa Community Legacy Rug (Interactive Experience)\\nA collaborative tufting installation where each participant contributes a section to a collective artwork.\\n\\n- Curated Makers Market\\nIndependent creatives across art, illustration, ceramics, print, comics, handmade goods and more.\\n\\n- Laoxa Ghanaian Soul Food\\nHome-cooked dishes including jollof rice, grilled options rooted in 4+ generational recipes.\\n\\n- Edible Art Cupcakes\\nGluten-free, hand-piped floral and sculptural cupcakes (edible art).\\n\\n- Drinks by Signature Brew Haggerston Taproom\\nCraft beers and drinks available throughout the day.\\n\\nWhy It Matters\\n\\nLaoxa’s Creative Ground exists to create space for emerging and underrepresented creatives, artists, and independent businesses.
