A night of experimental electronics, abstract turntablism and live drums — revealing the range of the @vespersclub soundsystem.\\n\\n\\n\\nShiva Feshareki\\n\\nBritish-Iranian composer and turntablist Shiva Feshareki trained at the Royal College of Music before finding her home in experimental club culture. She has since taken turntables into major concert halls worldwide, creating large-scale works with orchestras, choirs and ensembles including the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra and BBC Singers. Working with turntables, electronics and spatial sound, her performances dissolve the boundary between classical composition and experimental electronic music. For one night only, she returns to the club for a one-off set at Vespers.\\n\\nMarçal Xirau\\n \\nis a Catalan experimental electronic musician based in London.\\nHe has released four EP’s and one LP since 2017. He is currently presenting\\nhis next upcoming album “Unveiled”. The first single titled “Hidden”, released\\non October 25, 2024, is a dreamy lullaby that offers an introduction to the\\nsonic and emotional depth of the album. With its slow, deliberate build,\\n“Hidden” intertwines moments of introspection with bursts of aggression. The\\nsingle’s delicate yet powerful sound blends ethereal melodies with raw\\nemotional energy.\\n\\nLouis Giannamore\\n\\nBy day, he is a session drummer, having toured and recorded with the likes of\\nArlo Parks, Loathe, Gang Of Youths, etc but too, composes electronic and\\nexperimental music under his own name. In 2023, he released his debut\\nalbum, ‘World Tour!’, which was created solely using iPhone recordings of\\nfound sounds, exploring concepts of unstructured music and forging it into\\nmusic that is structured. His second album ‘On A Brutal Night,’ explores\\ndarker themes, with brooding synths, ominous textures and ‘wall-of-noise-\\nesque’ synths. His solo drumming style is tribal and energetic, taking\\ninfluences from metal and punk music and twisting in with free-form jazz flair,\\nlike that of Tony Williams and Milford Graves, into a sound that is tense and\\nangry. In 2023, he composed music for his very first feature length film, ‘Topper’,\\nnow on Apple TV. He also composed for successful shorts like ‘Vibrator Girl’\\n(2023). Louis has also collaborated with acts like Voka Gentle, Kinn, Barkum\\nDeer, sm^sher, Obscurity, as well as headliner, Shiva Feshareki.\\n\\n
