Slippery Slopes returns with a collaborative showcase alongside Bristol-based imprint Dimeshift, bringing together a cross-section of artists rooted in the deeper ends of UK bass music.\\n\\nMarking their first standalone club show in some time, the night also signals a return to South London following a run of parties across North and East London, including several collaborations with London institution - The Cause. The link-up reflects a shared ethos between both crews: a focus on forward-thinking selections, low-slung soundsystem pressure, and a commitment to platforming both emerging and established artists in close quarters.\\n\\nOperating out of Bristol, Dimeshift has quickly carved a lane for itself with a catalogue spanning dubstep, dark garage and breaks, drawing from early 2000s UK club foundations while pushing their own contemporary contribution to the culture. With a growing discography and tightly curated physical releases, the label continues to build momentum as a hub for percussive, system-focused sounds. This also marks a return to London for the label, following previous link-ups with stalwart dubstep night NLDC.\\n\\nA key figure in that sound is Fearless Dread, whose upcoming Dimeshift release, DIME011, marks a long-awaited debut on the label, pairing firing subs with finely tuned percussion, alongside a mindbending remix from Mook. On the night, the two go head-to-head for a special b2b, exploring the deeper, dubwise corners of the dance.\\n\\nThey’re joined by Amygdala label head Ila Brugal, an Italian-born, UK-based artist and Rinse FM resident known for fluid sets spanning dubstep, footwork and UK techno.\\n\\nAlso on the bill is Amaia, a vinyl-focused selector operating between Bristol and London, whose sets draw deeply from dubstep, grime and UK bass lineage. Known for strictly wax-driven performances and a patient, system-minded approach, Amaia’s selections lean into weight, space and low frequency pressure, marking the selector out as one to watch among a new wave of heads pushing the sound forward.\\n\\nResidents from both crews will be tying up proceedings on both ends, through that of Dimeshift Label Head Axle and Slippery Slopes residents Joe Murphy & SLVN all bringing their own iterations of stripped-back, bass-heavy club music.\\n\\nSlippery Slopes and Dimeshift are committed to a safe, inclusive space where everyone is respected and free to be themselves. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour of any kind. Look out for each other, respect boundaries, and if anyone is making you uncomfortable, please speak to our team or venue staff.\\n\\nNo phones on the dancefloor.
