About this event

HEDONISM is BACK!\\n\\nTwo immersive worlds. DJs, dancers, installations and hundreds of sweaty strangers making questionable decisions together in Brixton.\\n\\nSat 20th Jun - 2-11pm, Brixton - S. LDN\\n\\nThree Spaces: \\nTRIP - Psychedelic, house & dance. Walls that breathe. Zero rules.\\nFADE - Dark, red, techno, trance, 140BPM. Lights that dip back until all that's left is sweat, bass, and the body next to you.\\nCOURTYARD - Sun, ciggies, flirty eye contact.\\n\\nLINEUP: Mickey RN, Musicklunatic, Select, Benji Hedonator, Kasaya, Perverse Cowboy, Darkwah, BolliBubbles, Zackito Lee, Gay Rage, RayRay\\n\\nNo big headliners, never has been. HEDONIST is about new artists, unexpected sets, and a room that actually feels something and a crowd that believes nightlife should be participatory, playful and a little bit ridiculous. \\n\\n——————————\\n\\nHEDONIST started as a queer art exhibition, then everyone stayed to dance.\\n\\nBorn from queer f!tish artists, DIY exhibition-making and friendships forged on latex-clad dancefloors, what began as a scrappy idea for more space for queer artists, DJs, performers and creatives quickly became something much bigger.\\n\\nThen June 2023 happened.\\n\\n300 of you joined us across two immersive worlds for 12 hours of music, performance, connection and glorious nonsense. It was hot. It was sweaty. \\n\\nIt was joyful as hell.\\n\\nThen life got in the way.\\nNew jobs. New cities. New relationships. General chaos.\\nBefore we knew it, two years had passed.\\nAnd somewhere along the way we found ourselves asking the same question:\\nWhat happened to HEDONIST?\\nSo we did what any sensible people would do.\\nWe're bringing it back.\\nBigger. Stranger. Hotter.\\n\\n——————————\\nWHERE\\n\\nBureau of Silly Ideas,\\nIn the heart of Brixton, a 5 min walk from the tube station, we bring you a day party you’ll be embarrassed to say you missed. \\n\\nNew artists. Emerging performers. Unexpected moments.\\n\\nIt's about creating a space where queer culture feels accessible, playful, creative and gloriously unserious.\\n\\nWhether you're a club kid, a creative, a dancefloor obsessive, a queer troublemaker or simply looking for your next favourite crowd, \\n\\nHEDONIST was built for participation, not observation.\\n\\nGet ready.\\nWe've missed you.
